Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Refunds or credits are not offered for cancellations of Self-Paced courses or Subscriptions, but we do offer credit for Live Webcasts, Virtual Workshops and Attend In-Person workshops, if you meet the requirements.

Please read below to see what applies to you:

Self-Paced
Purchases of Self-Paced courses (recorded, self-study, interactive) may not be cancelled for refund or credit.

Subscriptions
Purchases of subscriptions may not be cancelled for refund or credit. Cancellations of registrations for individual classes made under subscriptions are subject to the terms of the subscription.

Live Webcast
Cancellations and reschedules must be received via email to training@communitybrands.com

  • If received at least 24 hours prior to the class start time, you will receive full credit for future use. This credit must be used within 3 months of the originally scheduled class, otherwise it will be deemed to be fulfilled.
  • If received within 24 hours prior to the class start time, you will be deemed a “no-show”. No-shows for confirmed registrations will be assessed 100% of the list price of the scheduled live webcast.
  • Failure to notify training@communitybrands.com before class of a cancellation or reschedule will be treated as a “no-show”. There will be no refunds and no credits for a “no-show”.

Virtual Workshops

Cancellations and reschedules must be received via email to training@communitybrands.com

  • If received at least 7 calendar days prior to the class, you will receive full credit for future use. This credit must be used within 6 months of the originally scheduled class, otherwise it will be deemed to be fulfilled.
  • If received 1-6 calendar days prior to the class, you will be charged 50% of the fee and you will receive 50% credit which must be used within 6 months of the originally scheduled class, otherwise it will be deemed to be fulfilled.
  • Failure to notify training@communitybrands.com before class of a cancellation or reschedule will be treated as a “no-show”. There will be no refunds and no credits for a “no-show”.

Attend In-Person

Cancellations and reschedules must be received via email to training@communitybrands.com

  • If received at least 10 calendar days prior to the class, you will receive full credit for future use. This credit must be used within 6 months of the originally scheduled class, otherwise it will be deemed to be fulfilled.
  • If received 1-9 calendar days prior to the class, you will be charged 50% of the fee and you will receive 50% credit which must be used within 6 months of the originally scheduled class, otherwise it will be deemed to be fulfilled.
  • Failure to notify training@communitybrands.com before class of a cancellation or reschedule will be treated as a “no-show”. There will be no refunds and no credits for a “no-show”.

Community Brands reserves the right to cancel classroom classes up to two weeks prior to the start of the class for any reason. Accordingly, it is recommended to purchase refundable and changeable airline tickets, hotel reservations, and rental car reservations.
